It was definitely a highlight of our holiday. It took about 3,40 h which sounds lovely but the ocean wasn’t calm so lots of people got sea sick. That was in October, the weather was lovely actually, 23C. Would I do it again? Not from Vilamoura - with all my respect to the crew which was lovely, they really took care of us and have huge knowledge and to be honest I don’t understand how they could maneuver the boat among all of other boats, kayaks, swimmers and the rocks while the boats was jumping up and down! It was just very long only because of the waves. 2 hours of roller coaster feeling was way too much. Return for some reason was actually smooth. But it is something you definitely need to do. Beautiful views, I still enjoyed every second. It is definitely worth to go for experience but bear in mind - you might just not feel well so consider from which point it would be the best for you so you could fully enjoy this beautiful trip.

Great Family Friendly Trip

Went on this trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Victor was our very knowledgeable and humorous guide well supported by Kevin, who was very taken with my hat, and Tanya who looked after the bar and refreshments on board. The trip was approximately 4 hours long and visited all the interesting points along the coast between Vilamoura and Bengali. Complimentary refreshments included melon slices, local liqueurs and delicacies. A short swimming break was available for those who fancied a quick dip. A great family trip. Thanks to Zara , who skippered the catamaran, and Sarah Jayne who looks after admin, for a great trip.

Lovely catamaran and attentive staff. Boat trip as a whole lovely, caves overrated, didn’t get to go in or swim near them, full of other people on the beach in there. Saw lots of dolphins on the quest
